  • I wouldn’t have met the people in my group if it wasn’t through Timeleft. I also like that I can join any week I want without advance planning. Good concept.

  • I was at a birthday dinner and asked a girl how she met my friend. She said at a Timeleft dinner! I had never heard of the app, but I decided to give it a go. I have been to two dinners so far and plan to go to more…

When are Timeleft events in Tokyo?
There's dinner every Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 pm, drinks every Thursday at 7:30 pm, coffee every Saturday at 1:00 pm, and a walk every Saturday at 10:00 am. There are also women-only dinners on Mondays at 7:30 pm. Bookings close 13 hours before each event starts.
Where in Tokyo do they happen?
At restaurants, bars, cafés, and meeting points in Ebisu, Shibuya, Marunouchi, and Shinjuku. The app shows the exact venue before the event.
How much does a Timeleft dinner cost in Tokyo?
Booking takes a Timeleft membership, and you pay for your own food and drinks at the venue. Membership prices depend on the plan you pick, and the app shows them before you pay.
Can I go on my own?
Yes. You book on your own and we put the group together, so you don't need to bring anyone. Every event is at a public venue we've vetted, and our safety guidelines cover the rest. The guide to your first dinner walks through it step by step.
Is Timeleft a dating app?
No. There are no profiles to swipe through, and nobody gets paired off. You meet four to six people at once, in person.
Are Timeleft events in Tokyo in English?
Yes, if you want them to be. You choose Japanese or English when you book, and we aim to seat you with people who picked the same language.
What if I'm vegetarian or vegan, or have an allergy?
Pick a dietary preference in the app when you book, and we'll do our best to seat you at a venue that caters to it. For allergies, check with the venue on the day.
Is Timeleft in other cities in Japan?
Yes. You'll also find Timeleft in Osaka and Nagoya. See every location.
